At Greenfield Auctions, we offer you comprehensive expertise in the international marketing of industrial assets - in insolvencies, plant closures and the marketing of individual machines and plants.
We would like to convince you with our creativity in the conception of your online auctions as well as with our sustainably effective way of working as an auction house. We know that our company's success is based on the satisfaction of our customers.
We make it our priority to create individual marketing and valuation concepts for our customers, tailored precisely to the respective framework conditions and requirements.
As a service-oriented auction house, we understand and master our craft impeccably. Whether large-volume orders or smaller projects, we are always at your full disposal with drive, commitment and expertise.
Why Greenfield Auctions?
Our professional exploitation of your objects takes place within the framework of an online auction or through a private sale
We secure mobile fixed assets and current assets in compliance with all legal requirements and regulations. Our clients in this business area are mostly banks, insolvency administrators and leasing companies. Storage takes place in secured warehouses and storage compartments.
The auction business is also benefiting from the digital transformation: Digitization ensures greater market transparency and helps to appropriately dispose of used equipment, machinery and vehicles. Thanks to the user-friendly design of our search tool, prospective buyers can narrow down desired product categories with just a few clicks and quickly find the objects they are interested in. Take advantage of our digital reach for targeted marketing of your assets. Your items for sale can thus be found by potential buyers in a matter of seconds.
In our online auctions, you place your bids conveniently on your computer or smartphone or tablet. The items on offer can be viewed in advance, as is the case with a live auction. The viewing dates in our auction house are stored in the auction information or can be arranged in advance by phone. Thus, each potential buyer can get a picture of the offered goods. It should be noted that the bids submitted are legally binding and with the confirmation of the bids the auction conditions have been accepted. After payment of the auction invoice, buyers will receive a collection authorization, which entitles them to collect the auctioned items. The timely collection of the items is a main contractual obligation of the buyer.
The sale of your used machines and equipment takes place with us in a procedure that has already proven itself many times. You benefit from our flexible, discreet and efficient service. In accordance with the principles of proper insolvency administration GOI, we work comprehensibly, transparently and conscientiously. We attach great importance to customer service and customer satisfaction, which is why you can reach us by telephone at any time beyond our opening hours in urgent cases.
The premium is usually 15% net of the hammer price. In exceptional cases, assets are also auctioned with a reduced buyer's premium. We recommend that you use our total cost calculator to determine the final price.
Registration on our auction platform is completely free of charge. Only when you win the bid for items of our auction house, costs arise for the auctioned items.
After winning the bid, you will receive the invoice for your auctioned items by e-mail. Invoices are always sent to the data you have provided. Subsequent invoice corrections will be charged at a flat rate of 25.00 EUR net. As soon as we have booked an incoming payment, you will receive a pick-up authorization with the required information such as contact person, exact location and pick-up times.
In our auction overview you will find a preview of our upcoming auctions. To be always up to date on our future auctions, we recommend the newsletter registration.
Unlike in the usual online trade, the laws relating to § 310 BGB and in particular § 312b and § 312c do not apply to auctions, as it is not a distance contract in the sense of the BGB.
Dismantling, loading and removal are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, you as the buyer must also pay attention to the required equipment such as tools, lifting equipment and means of transport. Of course, we are happy to assist you in finding the appropriate specialist companies.
The sale of no longer needed equipment and machinery is also possible for you! In order for us to be able to ensure a smooth recovery process, our clients place an exclusive order with us for the duration of the marketing procedure. For this purpose, please use our contact form or contact us by telephone for an initial discussion.
Any used machinery, tools and inventory as well as complete operations in the course of workshop liquidations or factory closures can be marketed by us. Also for used construction machines, agricultural machines, commercial vehicles, passenger cars we find the suitable buyer. Feel free to contact us and trust in our many years of experience.
We take over the organization of the auction completely - including the communication with the bidders and buyers. So you don't have to worry about anything or invest any working time during the entire liquidation process. Contact us directly to discuss the commission models in person.
There are various reasons for this: 1. minimum prices have been set for these items by our clients, which were not reached with your bid. 2. the offered articles are auctioned e.g. in the context of an insolvency and are in a contractual security assignment, so that the knockdown can be given only after arrangement with the owner. You as a bidder are bound to your bid for up to 10 days.
Wondering if an online auction is right for you?
Selling equipment and machinery that is no longer needed strengthens your liquidity position. This helps especially when costly restructuring or new investments are pending. Greenfield Auctions is also your right contact if you need an alternative sales channel, help with business liquidations or insolvency. For more information about our auction house, feel free to visit our FAQs or contact us personally. We look forward to hearing from you.
